This online class is perfect for active, independent older adults as well as younger people returning to exercise after a long break or recovering from an injury or illness. This is for you if you want to improve your mobility, enhance joint stability, increase your strength and prevent muscle loss, improve your balance and stability to help you enjoy all the activities of daily living and strengthen your back and core to improve your posture and prevent/reduce aches and pains in your joints and back.
