Power Flow is a practice specifically designed for active people – including runners and cyclists. Yoga enables us to better understand our bodies and to learn areas of strength and flexibility and to work on areas of weakness. Yoga complements all sports and can be used for recovery as well as a tool to enhance athletic performance. If requested, instead of Power Flow, I can teach a Somatic Yoga Flow. Somatic Yoga is a nourishing practice incorporating therapeutic yoga and somatic movements which are slow and mindful- encouraging self-healing through increased body awareness.
