Join me for a Barre workout – a low-impact, high intensity workout designed to strengthen, tone and sculpt the whole body. It is a workout which is set to dance music and which combines the precision of Pilates, the alignment of Yoga and the Lotte Berk Method (which combines the elements of dance, yoga and orthopaedic back exercises).

Qigong: is a set of slow and gentle movements which work with the mind, body and breath to develop balance, coordination, flexibility and cardiovascular and neurological health. By harnessing the mind, body and breath, we are able to work effectively with our energy (qi).

Yoga Nidra (2-to-1)

Yoga Nidra: a slower-paced sesion with a few relaxing postures and a guided meditation to help you unwind from your week.

Power Flow (2-to-1)

Power Flow : A practice specifically designed for active people – including runners and cyclists. Yoga enables us to better understand our bodies and to learn areas of strength and flexibility and to work on areas of weakness. Yoga complements all sports and can be used for recovery as well as a tool to enhance athletic performance.

Barre&Yoga Fusion for beginners/over 60s

Hatha Yoga: the emphasis being on synchronising movement with breathwork. The yoga movements include seated, standing and supine asanas and the session concludes with a relaxation or Yoga Nidra (guided meditation/relaxation). 

Somatic Yoga (2-to-1)

Somatic Yoga Flow: a blend of slow yoga and somatic movements to increase mind/body awareness through breath and movement with an emphasis on relieving chronically tight muscles and improve flexibility.
