Hatha Yoga (1-to-1)
1 Hour
I teach in the hatha yoga tradition – the emphasis being on synchronising movement with breathwork. The yoga movements include seated, standing and supine asanas and the session concludes with a relaxation or Yoga Nidra (guided meditation/relaxation)
